They say location is everything, and I'd have to concur here. The place by itself is in desperate need of an overhaul. Everything worked, it felt safe, along with the location was awesome, however it's just on the ragged edge of falling apart, in general. I do not mean to complain also much, but basically the windows were all really in need of replacement, as ended up the doors, the trim, much of your home furnishings, and many others.
